RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer to our valued customers a 14 Day Return & Exchange period.
All returns and exchanges following the guidelines listed below.
- All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery
- Products must be unworn and unwashed. No stained, damaged, or odorous items will be accepted.
Products must be in the original packaging and have all tags, hygiene liners, or any original label attached.
Any Sale or Clearance items are Final and not eligible for refund.
Purchases made with a Discount Code above 20% are only eligible for size exchange or for Store Credit.
Worn swimwear cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. This measure is to guarantee to any customers that any merchandise purchased in our store have never been worn.
- Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Free Return Shipping:
If you choose to exchange or return your purchase you are eligible for a free pre-paid Return Label. Email us at email@example.com to obtain your free shipping label.
To Start Your Return:
- Refer to your printed return form for more information.
- Follow prompts to submit your return and receive your return shipping label.
- Once you completed your return request, pack items securely in your package of choice and include the Return Form provided. Please note: Bikiniland is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
- Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office
